Terms and condition of Daulatgarh Desert Camp

Daulatgarh desert camp offers various services at their premises to entertain guests. Below we have some terms and conditions which we aspect our guests to follow.

• Privacy Policy

A privacy policy states how you will respect the privacy of your website users. It says what information you will gather, how you will use it and how you will keep it secure.

A privacy policy is a legal document that discloses some or all of the ways a party gathers, uses, discloses and manages a customer’s data. The exact contents of a privacy policy will depend upon the applicable law and may need to address the requirements of multiple countries or jurisdictions. While there is no universal guidance for the content of specific privacy policies, a number of organizations provide example forms.

These Booking Terms apply to the accommodation business named above (see Provider Information), including its officers, employees and agents (‘We’/’Us’/’Our’) and the person or legal entity making the Booking or to whom We supply services in respect of the Booking (‘You/Your’). These Booking Terms are governed by Indian law and You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts (and appellate courts) exercising jurisdiction in Delhi for any proceedings in connection with this Bookings except where We agree in writing other terms. By making a Booking You are deemed to accept these Booking Terms.

• Bookings

Bookings are made and a contract between You and Us comes into effect when We accept a reservation from You. We will accept a reservation when We have confirmed Your reservation and received either full payment of the total price quoted from You or a non-refundable deposit. You must be able to enter into a legally binding contract and be over 18 yrs to make a Booking. Bookings must be paid for using an Bank transfer or cash at the spot. When a Booking is confirmed, a reservation mail or call is given. This number must be retained for access to the Booking details if cancellation or amendment is necessary.

• Prices

Rates quoted are correct only for the specific number of guests, nights and dates shown. Should You change the number of guests, dates or room nights, then the rates are subject to change.

• Arrival and Departure

CHECK-IN TIME    : -   3:00 PM Noon - Allotment of rooms before this time is subject to availability.

CHECK-OUT TIME  :-   10 Am   After 10 am To 4 pm- half day charge                                                

After 4 Pm - full day charge. Any extension of stay or late checkout is subject to availability & on Chargeable basis.

• Liability

We (Daulatgarh Desert Camp) is liable for accommodation in the camp and confirmed sitting arrangement in the musical program. We (Daulatgarh Desert Camp) aren’t responsible for 2nd party services such as transportation to our camp, camel safari, jeep safari, food and any activity which takes place outside of our camp premises.

• Data Protection

We may process the information You provide to Us for the purposes notified by Us to the Information Commissioner. By making a Booking, You consent to this processing of information.

• Cancellation Policy

Any Cancellation made less than 10 days before arrival refund will be NIL and as follow.

1.      Before 30 days : Refund 100% 
2.      Before 20 days : Refund 50%
3.      Before  10 days : Refund 25%
4.      Less Than 10 days : Refund Nil 

• Child Policy

Less than 5 year of age for stay of the child is complementary ( Extra Bed will be Charged as per resort Policy )

• Theft

Guests must make sure that their personal belonging should be protected by them and we (Daulatgarh Desert Camp) are not responsible for any theft.

• Parking

Parking facility is provided by local muncipal corporation and at empty space available outside of our camp. But Daulatgarh Desert Camp isn’t responsible for protection of reservation of cars parking.
